"CLEAR" IS SIMPLY THE BEST

And yet we allow ourselves to talk about the "clearest" water. This is because it is actually possible to measure the degree of clearness and then compare.

Ponds equipped with Genesis filter systems lead the field. This is due to the interaction of a number of finely-tuned technical components.

The water treatment system for Koi and other garden ponds can be roughly divided into four areas: mechanical, biological, chemical/mechanical and plant filtration. Mechanical filtration deals with the removal of solid materials such as dirt particles, fish droppings, plant residue, etc. Biological filtration removes invisible but harmful nitrogen elements such as ammonia and nitrate, whereas for example the chemical/mechanical filter system uses UV light, which kills germs and troublesome algae.

The fleece filter provides mechanical filtration and retains the dirt particles which cannot dissolve in water. The fleece medium offers very fine filtration together with the advantage of easy disposal. The filter drum also includes our biological filter material EVO3 fleece which contains bacterial cultures to degrade the mentioned contaminants poisonous to fish. The integrated, compact design of the unit means "Plug & Play", i.e. simply connect and the filtration process is immediately effective.
